Ha all. Been a while. Here we go got the pork and beer going to rub down tonight and get ready for smoker... over night smoke party at 3 on Saturday.... chicken wing to enjoy as I smoke the pork.

Well got two going this smoker have worked great for the price ... have had one for about year and half and other about 8 months was like 1/2 price could not say no...
4 hours in had to add some coal ... it's about 35 degrees here.

I noticed that your rub has a yellow color to it.

Question,

Does your rub has some ground mustard seed in it?
 
Hi rub has no mustard in it.. it's billbos famous rub basic but real good.. his bbq is good as well.
