Great looking meal Richie,, I have never tried prosciutto to do wrap fish. bet it tasted great, Like that all the way to my tummy....

Butter Lemon Sauce w/capers
3 Tablespoons Butter (softened)
1 Tablespoons drained capers (minced)
1 Teaspoon grated lemon zest + 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
2 Garlic clove (minced)
