Cooked for the guys at the firehouse tonight. With the 30 catfish I caught this past Saturday, decided on fish tacos....and it has been a while since the last time we had them. Fish on a hot 450-500*F grill...

Thanks jcam....yeah, great day. Had 10 days of wall to wall sunshine and I splashed my boat on her maiden voyage after the rebuild and paint job. I caught a few, then went back with my buddy in his boat and caught 30. Nice to be out on the water again in my boat for sure!

HA! Thanks Hijack! I like flatties too, but we were targeting channel cats in the lake. Water is getting right for spawning and they are feeding heavy right now.

I stumbled on some Zatarans Blackening ... Damn it man ... That's my new go to blackening... Now If I can just remember where I bought it... It wasn't Publix as I already checked...
