I tried another rib but didnt get my ecb nearly as hot as I wanted to in the beginning. She was kinda rushed. If you dont like rare dont come to this party. Some of Dutch's finest with double pinapple and no sugar just molasses. We dont lik em sweet but man these where perfect with lots of jalapeno.
I preburned my hickory.
