In- laws coming for supper tonight.

Butcher had already cut the bones off, so no meaty ribs for me to cook later.


On the mini at around 240.


Probe said 135 in 3 hours so I pulled and wrapped in foil.  Hope the IT dont raise much in a hour.

WOW. Melt in your mouth tender. 5 of us ate a 5 lb prime rib. They loved it

I had too. That's what they have for Christmas at their house and I invited them.

Dang nice looking beef there Adam. I wish I had another one to cook. The left overs have been dang good all week.
