Resort manager asked me if i could make some brunswick stew for the resort poker walk next month. Sure

Butts and chicken going in the pellet pooper. I have a 5gal stock pot but going to do batches.
 
This is where a church with a tilting skillet pot would come in handy!!!

Oh, Al had or has a slicer for sale. 80+ lbs and is a jumbo deli slicer. Cheap too!
Need a trailer for his slicer.
 
I had to get my butt up early.

Put on the pellet grill at 5:26a on 225* with hickory pellets. Took out of pellet grill at 6:05p. Took the fat cap off and pulled by hand. Clean bone pull.
I'm happy.
