The two I cooked today were the first ones I’ve smoked. I usually grill them. I was very impressed and will probably smoke them for now on.Nice did one myself, they sure are tender
I used salt pepper and garlic on one and Kenny’s xxx on the other. I brined them with kosher salt, brown sugar, and water.They look good. What are the 2 different spices you used?
225 for about 2 hours. Pulled them off when the hit 145 internal.At what temp and how long did you cook it?
