The key to making the brown sauerkraut is Gravy Master
I use approximately 1 Tablespoon for a small can of Kraut
You can use Kitchen Bouquet if you don't have GM
No pics of tying the roast but here he is
The fat rendering into the Kraut just makes magic happen in my mouth
All ready for the party
