Cut a pork loin in half. Did one with sriracha and a beef rub. The other with yellow mustard and a pork rub.. the sriracha was better. Slight heat, and a savory flavor. The other was pretty mild. Used one chimney of charcoal, with two cherry chunks. Indirect, with water pan. About two hours removed and foil covered. Temp was right at about 145.

I haven't tried that fire and smoke rub and never will. Their BBQ sauce is disgusting and I've done a couple reviews about it on this forum

I’ve never tried their sauces but do keep their blend The Usual on hand. Nice savory blend. I get it at Kroger.
