Pork loin for dinner

  1. Threw a pork loin on the chargriller, injected it with seame and garlic dressing. Finished it off with Dutch's Mahogany Sauce. Thats a great sauce, Thanks Dutch.

    Yummy. I did one up this week also with the sauce. Gonna have some more of it tonight.
    What temp did you pull the loin from the smoker??

    I have be pulling them sooner and sooner. I am done to 150 now for loins. I need to try some injections I guess. Some of the loins down here are huge. I bought one awhile back that was 3 feet long. We cut it in three sections and finished the last one this last Sunday. I guess it was kinda old, not dry, but not as moist as I would like.
