Had a lot of tenderloin left over so we made egg rolls out of some of it.
You can really taste the smoke flavor in them.
6C ground pork tenderloin
1 10 oz bag of angel hair cole slaw
3TSBP soy sauce
3TSBP sesame oil
salt and pepper
Roll up in egg roll wrappers and fry until golden brown.
Since everything is already cooked and the wrappers brown quickly the rolls should not be bigger around then a half dollar. Follow the directions on the wrappers on how to roll them up and seal.
