Been cookin in mostly for the last little bit. the weekends have been wet and ive been busy - you know how it goes. heres a few recent cooks tho.

Chicken enchiladas

That's a load of great eats you made! They all look delicious! Hold my black olives tho. When my son was little he used to put black olives on all ten fingers then eat them. You can definitely grubhub some of that to my house and then you can enjoy some of our snow!

Wow Dave, all of that looks really good but that beef curry is to die for!! Man that looks outstanding. With all that great looking stuff I sure would like to see more posts from you :emoji_wink:

Nothing wrong with moving inside. It all looks great.
We haven't been above zero for 10 days and that really curbs my enthusiasm to pull out the kettle or pooper.

Was the beef curry " yeah that was real good"?
I've tried using smoked meat in some fusion recipes and it just wasn't ... right to my taste.

All looks great , but the pizza caught my eye , and I love a good baked Ziti .
