Not of my making.

Army daughter was in Thailand for 2 weeks. She brought me back some pickled garlic.
Supposed to eat the whole bulb.

Regardless of the outcome, I do know that if you eat that much garlic, people will pretty much leave you alone all day.
Thinking be pretty safe from vampires too! i'd try it....once.

I'd devour it and the gas created would be plentiful LOL. Funny enough a local fan of my hot sauce and kraut asked me if I could do some pickled garlic just a couple days ago.

The Amish markets carry pickled Garlic and I love it. Eat 2 or 3 cloves at a time.

My pickles I make always have lots of whole garlic added, not the whole bulbs. I gave a jar of my pickles to a older fellow I drink beers with. He said keep the pickles and give me the pickled garlic. He loves it. I don't mind it also.

At some point in history they probably said the same thing about cucumbers. Pickled cucks yuck.

Heck yeah,,,, put one of them in a clam digger and see what flavor you get

If I eat it, Hell yeah! Give me more.

If my wife eats it. Get the F# away from me, you wreak!

Some say I am mean.

I love pickled and fermented garlic. Though won't do it in the house. Trust me on this!
