Philly Cheesesteaks. (About Time!)

Been awhile longer than usual since our last Cheesesteaks, because we aren’t going to restaurants to eat in or to take out, as long as this Covid-19 is going on.

So we just tear up some Chip-Steak in a pan, and as soon as the Pink is gone it’s ready.
We use our regular "Tallarico’s Steak Sandwich Sauce" on the roll, and then pile some of the cooked Chip Steak on.
Then some Provolone, Mozzarella, or American Cheese on top, nuked to Melt.
I like some Fried Onions & Hot Peppers on top too, if we aren’t out of them, like we were here!!

And some Pickle Chips on the side (Sweet or Dill).
Fries too, if we have any in stock at the Den!

So below are a couple days worth of Bear’s Suppers.

Thanks for stopping in,

Bear

Next Night, One's not enough & 2 is too many, so I got 3 Half-Roll sides, with Sauce:

Covered the 3 half roll sides with Chip Steak:

Looks real good Bear. Philly Cheesesteaks are one of my all time favorites! We make them usually once a month. Sometimes from Top Round Roast, sliced very thin or if we are in a pinch, Steakumms. We prefer the top round, but don't always have that available. Really regret the Steakumms though.
