Pasteurization tables

I have had some people wanting these tables for sausage and poultry. I couldnt find them so @daveomak posted them today and I made them a sticky so they are easy to find at the top of the sausage and poultry forums for everyone to find easy. I really like pasteurization for meat sticks and bigger chubs of bologna when running out of time.
