My wife and I currently own and operate a BBQ Restaurant in a small town called Nettleton just  outside of Tupelo Mississippi. I have been in the business for around 18yrs. Its a take out business and we do handle a lot of catering. I normally would use a Southern Pride smoker but in this particular location I decided to go with the commercial Cadillac smoker out of Sikeston Mo.
