little tip of the hat to the 3 little pigs Bacon, Pork Butt and Pork Belly 🙂 I call this pork festival knife and forkwich on French toast Oui Oui Oui All The Way Home 😂 Savory garlic Parmesan French toast with arugula, crispy pork belly glazed in sugar free dandelion honey, Australian extra shar white cheddar, my keto cowboy beans, red onion , cherry smoked pulled pork with a drizzle of vinegar bbq sauce and a fresh jicama slaw with a sugar free dandelion honey lime vinaigrette. All of yesterday’s work coming together in one Frankenstein creation haha. I did a jicama slaw to get a low carb apple flavor that goes so well with sharp cheddar and rich pork.

You're missing a few slices of Daikon in that Dagwood, Jeff.

Years ago I traveled to the Texas Metroplex (greater Dallas & Fort Worth).
My favorite smoke joint was 3 Pigs BBQ north of Dallas off I-35E near Corinth.
One of the few places to find pork.

Oui?
Are you meaning "yes" (French translation)?

HOLY COW!! That is sandwich insanity...but I'd be all over it. That looks absolutely amazing and I can only guess it was a flavor bomb. Excellent job my friend.
