Savory garlic Parmesan French toast with arugula, crispy pork belly glazed in sugar free dandelion honey, Australian extra shar white cheddar, my keto cowboy beans, red onion , cherry smoked pulled pork with a drizzle of vinegar bbq sauce and a fresh jicama slaw with a sugar free dandelion honey lime vinaigrette. All of yesterday’s work coming together in one Frankenstein creation haha. I did a jicama slaw to get a low carb apple flavor that goes so well with sharp cheddar and rich pork.
