Ordered some hardware today

So the wife is allowing me to front my valentine's and father's day gift right now. I just ordered the #32 hand grinder 508315 and the 5# stuffer 508314 from northern Tools. Anyone have any experience with these? I was on a budget so don't bust me too bad. This is basically my first purchase towards sausage making stuff and I needed to stay under 200 clams..

I have the same stuffer. Made a good bit of sausage so far no problems.

Had to get food grade lube.

Can't find a 3/8 tube yet for snack sticks.

I cobbled one up,but want a better one.

Lots of places to buy the rest of the sausage stuff..casings,etc.
