Greetings from NW Arkansas... Joined the forum a while back... just never posted much... But feel like I am stepping up in the smoking/cooking world with the addition of a Pit Boss 820 Pellet grill to my arsenal. Fixin to smoke my 2nd brisket on it for Xmas dinner....

A year ago we modified the bottom of a deceased Stainless Steel grill for Dutch Oven cooking with Briquettes... Plate steel top and the bottom is storage for the briquettes and chimney. I am an avid Cast Iron Collector...

And for Christmas... made a Cast Iron Christmas tree!
