Name: Don, Smoker/Grill-Traeger Lit'l Texas Pro, but have a Masterbuilt Propane also and a Weber propane grill and use to have an offset smoker. The propane smoker is going away in the Spring, the Weber is still a question mark.
Live in Reno, NV, I have to learn to deal with very cold and windy days this time of year and very hot and windy days in the summer. I've had the Traeger for a month now and love it, Cooked Prime twice, once for Christmas Eve family dinner, have done chicken, steaks, burgers, pizza, pork butt. New Years eve will be Lobster and Swordfish steaks and then my first ribs on New Years Day.
