Hey all I am new here. Got turned onto the site when I bought my masterbuilt smoker and smoking meat book a few years ago, just now joining! I am an avid hunter and love cooking and smoking. I haven't ventured much past my cook books! I live in Wyoming and am looking forward to anything anyone is willing to share! Have thouroughly enjoyed smoking pork and beef but now I'm looking to venture into my wild game! Looking forward to smoking my elk ribs if anyone has any good recipes! Excited to be here and hello to all!
