Just looking to get into smoking meat/s and fish. I plan to build a small-ish cedar cabinet, and looking for ideas for build and smoke source. Mid winter here now, so would make a great winter project.

This would be a great place to start, but please ask questions because there are a lot of very knowledgeable folks here who would be happy to help. I've not built a smokehouse, but have seriously considered it. It is on the list, though...
