Newbie in Texas with Masterbuilt 20070190 received today.

I just received a new Masterbuilt 20070190 smoker today. I love grilling outdoors, so I hope I can learn how smoke meats and cheeses in this for my friends and family. There is nothing better than eating a great meal with the gang! I know how to plug it in...that's it! So, this forum will be a great help to me. Any accessories I need to add before I get started? Thanks!

I have the exact same! I've had great results with chicken, ribs, baked beans and lots of cheese. Any questions, give me a shout! ENJOY

Thanks! I am going to try it out Sunday and may have some questions. I almost bought the one with the front glass door, but this one seems fine and had thousands of great reviews. I am always feeding our teen and college boys-- heck, they will love whatever I smoke--even the mistakes! First up: chicken and pork loins
