Hey everyone, I'm Chris. Been cooking all my life, went to the culinary institute of America and did internships in New Orleans years ago. I decided not to pursue the career of the Chef and have gone back to school to pursue the career of a Food Scientist. I Still cook and smoke meats all the time as it is one of my favorite hobbies! Skinny, a great area ! In high school, my friends family used to own the Huge X- Roosevelt mansion on the lake haha, we had quite a few parties there...brings back memories. Great town.
