New guy here. Got a GMG DC about 2 months ago and have been having a blast learning about smoking. Looking forward to bringing this baby camping and being the envy of all my friends :-).

The Great PNW has some great benefits for smoking.... you just head out in any direction and you have surf or turf to toss in the smoker. you might look into Jeff's 5 day e-course for smoking, found in announcements section, Highly recommended.
