Beef Tenderloin with a herbed mushroom and gorgonzola sauce

Salt crusted baked potatoe with home made bacon bits and steamed brocolli

Now let's get this straight. This is your new years day meal or your meal for the new year at midnight. The meal looks awesome and I was just wondering if you drink a shot whiskey in the morning.? Now it doesn't make you a bad person or anything. Hell in my book you are moving right up there with some of my  heros
