2ea 7.5lb Boston Butt's on smoker at 6am this morning. Starting them at 275 for around 3-4 hours then backing them off, want to serve around 7 tonight..
Yea mustard first, then the rub...Great recipe, I'm going to try my hand at a Boston Butt later today. In one of your pictures it looks like you rubbed them down with a little mustard, is that what I see?
