I make my own...

For Pork I use one I make up...

rosemary, finely chopped
Brown sugar
garlic powder
onion powder
sea salt
cayenne pepper
freshly ground black pepper
Smoked Spanish paparika

It makes pork taste awesome, then I also put about 8-10 cloves of garlic in slits inside the Butt..

Now your butts look good so far so keep the Q-view coming.

Ok after 4 hours, rotated & turned. Sprayed down with Apple Juice.  Smoker running at 267, brought down to 250...   Meat Probe running 154..

Great recipe, I'm going to try my hand at a Boston Butt later today. In one of your pictures it looks like you rubbed them down with a little mustard, is that what I see?
