The only thing I forgot was the New expanding tube smoker from Todd, It worked so well I bought another one yesterday and a 2nd maverick,,

This is an expensive hobby 

But well worth it in the long run LOL 

A full smoker is a happy smoker

DS You do not need a drill press, that book will have you using it as a meat mixer.Nice going I have that book for a long time.

I have that same drill press!  Has a bit of runout, but it's held up to being the tool I use the most. 

The sausage making stuff is all new to me, though.  I should read up on that.

That was my thought too! Chuck up a mud/paint mixer and grab a 5 gallon bucket!  Meat mixer!
