You'd think that someone who only lives a couple of hours from the Lang factory and loves to smoke meat would have a Lang smoker!

But nooooo! I had to go cheap.

I'm loving this one so far. Been holding temp at 250 for about 3 hrs on 3 little small splits.

No not kidding. But that was just to season it. Dident have no meat in it. I'm sure it will be different loaded up.
