Hi there! I own a Traeger Texas model, have had it for about 5 years and love it. I'm here to puck any tips and tricks I can to keep learning. Bone in pork shoulder and baby back ribs tomorrow!

Welcome to SMF!

Ribs & a butt is a hard combo to beat!

Good luck!

Good afternoon and welcome to the forum from a pretty nice day here in East Texas, and the best site on the web.

Lots of great people with tons of information on just about everything.
