New to the forum

New to the forum and it said we should go here first and introduce ourselves.  We're from CA, far northern part.  We have a Brinkman electric smoker that we got about 2 years ago and have used quite a bit.  Has met our needs for what we want out of a smoker at this time.  We've come up with some really good stuff with this red bullet, but also understand it's limitations.  We'll browse around and see if we can get some answers from you folks for our questions.  Thanks for having us here!
