Thanks yall. I'll be up at 4 am to get it all going and will let everyone know how it goes. I will be pulling it and have read a lot on here already so I think I have a good handle on it. The only thing I haven't read is coal to wood chip ratio or if strait wood chips are ok.
 
Thanks I'm 6 hours in now and the temp dropped big time in my smoker at about 5 hours but got it back up and goin.
 
OK so I'm at a stall it's been 150 for about an hour now it's normal for it to stall for longer right?
