New to Smoking from Pennsylvania

Recently got a DynaGlo Offset Charcoal Smoker as a father's day gift and came across the forums when I was looking for information online.  I look forward to learning all I can from the other members of the forum, and also contributing to the forums when I gain some experience.

I used it twice since I seasoned the smoker. First time did 2 pork butts, and the second time did 2 chickens.
