New to SMF

Hello everyone. My name is Eric Church, yes just like the country singer only I'm fat and poor. I'm from Jackson, Ms. I have been cooking all my life but just really gotten into smoking and grilling for the past 10 or so years. I think I do fairly well, everyone loves the food I pull off of my Cos. I have a Char-broil deluxe and a Char-broil vertical smoker that I am going to mod in a few weeks. I joined this group hoping to learn more as I'm on a quest to hopefully turn my love for smoking into a business for me and my wife. Thanks for accepting me and for all the tips and tricks in the future. Keep smoking healthy
