Hello everyone. I posted a couple things I'm having an issue with and it was suggested that I stop in here to the roll call and say hello. Kinda new to offset smokers but loving what I'm doing with it

Welcome to your new addiction (SMF)... What kind of offset smoker do you have?
I have the oklahome joes highland. I really like it so far. I've had it about a year. I'm having would issue right now though

I hope so,I really could use it at the moment. I spent a bit of money on a load of wood and is starting to get fungus

Where are you located? I almost never see fungus in the CO mtns where we are. Its mega dry here most of the time.

Im sure someone with an offset can help. I run a pellet smoker so im no help, sorry

I am in georgia,it's always humid here. I have a pellet grill but it doesn't deliver the smoke flavor I want. I've considered selling it
 
Welcome aboard. I also have a Joe, had it for about 8 years, and a large custom smoker, too. The Joe gets used a lot, especially for small cooks...

Yep,I've seen a lot of his videos. He also does a lot for joes too. I've been considering getting a bronco too. They seem pretty versatile. My charcoal grill finally needs replaced ,I know it's a barrel smoker but the ability to use it as a grill too seems nice
