Good morning from Iowa. I live on Rice Lake near Lake Mills, IA. I have been given a GMG Davey Crockett y my wife and kids for Christmas. We enjoy camping at Happy Time campground. This is where I plan to do most of my smoking. My first smoke was a pre marinated Prime Rib. It was awesome, and I am noe very excited about smoking. I am currently preparing 2 Pork Loin Roast for entertaining family during the Super Bowl. I am thankful for the wealth of information that all members are willing to share. I spent time yesterday reading some threads and can't wait to get my Davey Crockett blowin smoke today.
