Been smoking meat for many years but never got into these Forums until now. Used a Side box smoker for years then went to a Traeger a few years back. Located in east Texas. Just picked up one of the new Traeger Timberlines and learning some stuff all over as this beast is different but quite unique. Look forward to reading some helpful smoking ideas and etc. Thanks for the add.
