I probably would have never joined this forum but one of our customers gave me his “well seasoned “ (Smokin Tex) smoker instead of hauling it to his new home up in Oregon… I’ve had cheap aluminum smokers in the past, buy nothing this nicely constructed. I’m looking forward to learning this new skill.

Welcome from Ohio. I have a Smokin Tex in my collection of smokers. It's a very efficient electric smoker. Amazing how much smoke flavor it imparts with very little wood in the tray.
