Hello to all. I live in New Jersey, a retired truck driver(39 years) now working as a machinist. Guess I just can't stay home doin' nothin'.

18 years I've been using an original Oklahoma Joe offset smoker that I bought in Oklahoma on one of my road trips. I recently bought a stainless steel electric smoker at Cabelas. It's made by Pro Smoker n' Roaster in Iron Ridge, WI, up near Green Bay. Good folks and very helpful. Hope to hear from you all!
