New guy here. I have a gas fired smoke hollow smoker. My wife and kids bought it for me for Fathers Day 2016. I have done chicken wings, leg/thighs, Baby Back Ribs and Brisket.

As I type this I currently have 2 small briskets and 2 racks of ribs on the smoker for Christmas Dinner.

I hope to learn a lot and maybe provide some help (not sure how much since I am relatively new to smoking).
