Hello all, I'm a new member here, from central Oklahoma. Newalla specifically. I've been grilling forever, but I got interested in smoking a few years ago when all i had was a Weber kettle. It got the job done, but it wasn't until I got my new RecTec that I realized what BBQ is supposed to be like. I hope to learn from you all as I get better and better at smoking meat! I enjoy smoking brisket, baby backs, chickens and all sorts of vegetables. I've only done brisket flats, I've never done a whole packer. I welcome all advice!
