Last week I invested in my first smoker; The Masterbuilt 30. Did a lot of research and made my first wings. They turned out very good and I'm looking at perfecting the experience and learning here. I did not put water in the pan as the recipe did not mention it. I smoked 20 wings at 275 for 1 hour 45 minutes, meat fell off the bones. Was not the best I ever tasted so I have learning to do.
