Hello friends,
From deep south Texas saying hello to all. Ive been smoking for about 10 yrs backyard and friends mainly. Getting a little more serious in the catering game. I appreciate all the stuff Ive read, so far really helpful. I have 2 custom made stick burners and use mainly pecan oak wood to smoke and mesquite when I grill. Thank you all for the welcome looking forward to reading more posts.
