Been bbq'n for many years,  even did it as a summer job for a few years for big events. some smoking as well.

Just got a new smoker - not yet delivered  - Oklahoma Joe's Longhorn reverse flow offset smoker !!

also purchased the sealant, gasket, and two clamps.

Looking forward to smokin away the summer !!
