New guy from Northeast PA.

Hi there,

I've been grilling and smoking for about 5 years, but I'm looking to up my skills.  For better or worse, my grill has died and I'm looking to buy something more versatile.  

I primarily smoke baby back ribs, but want to improve my brisket.  I eat BBQ every Monday, and wouldn't mind doing it more myself.  We have some good restaurants around here, and then some not so good ones.  My 5 year old is also a fan of ribs and meat.  If I can satisfy him, then I'm set.

Definately been to Sugarman's! Where else could you get snow ski's, car tires, pets, a toaster and fresh popcorn all at one place. Well, I guess that was before Walmart.:biggrin:
