Morning! After fumbling around with the offset smoker on my grill for a couple of years and always getting mixed results, I finally opened up the MES 35B that my wife got me for christmas 2 years ago. I've been home on paternity leave for the last 2 weeks, which has been excellent timing all together with this virus, so I figured there's no better time to see what I can do. As a major fan of smoked everything, it feels good to have the means to reliably make my own without having to shell out major cash at restaurants. Been lurking on here for advice for a couple years, decided it's a good time to join up and meet y'all. Thanks in advance for all of the tips and tricks I'm sure I'll continue picking up!

Thanks for the warm welcome! I'm in NE PA, pretty close to the NJ border. Perfect blend of country and a 10 minute drive to a grocery store.

Welcome from the West side of PA, beautiful Cameron County. I passed through the Delaware Water Gap many times traveling from NJ to Grandma's in Scranton. Are you near the Gap?...JJ

about 20 minutes from there. i've spent a lot of time in that area and it's a beaut. not as fun to see it from rt 80 and brutal traffic, but pretty nonetheless.
