Neglected but not forgotten ECB

Poor ECB ,
I bought the ECB (El Cheapo Brinkmann) some fresh charcoals and Apple chunks today. I bought a nice thick English cut Beef roast so the ECB can get some all day winter action Saturday.
Should be great fun in the 10 ,inches of fresh snow and temps in the teens.
I'm thinking this roast is a good 3 inches thick.. It's 2.75 lbs. Will see what happens. Ridge briquetes were only like $5 a bag.
