  1. 4 hrs of smoke, finished in the oven.  Friggin awesome.  Used Dakine rub from Hawaii.

    This is nice. I think it's a great thing about New England winters that we do get these little respites every few weeks. Brisket looks good , man. Hey , have a good Christmas . :grilling_smilie:
